These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the Flozo Android application and website. By installing, accessing, or using Flozo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Flozo.
Purpose of Flozo
Flozo is a personal organization tool that attempts to identify transaction information from supported SMS messages and app notifications. Flozo is not a bank, payment processor, accounting platform, credit bureau, financial adviser, tax adviser, or data backup provider.
Permission to use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Flozo for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
Your responsibilities
- Use Flozo only on devices and accounts you are authorized to access.
- Choose and manage Android permissions responsibly.
- Protect your device and any local records, exports, or backups.
- Review transactions for errors and verify important information with the original provider.
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
No guarantee of data or accuracy
Do not make financial, tax, legal, or accounting decisions solely from information displayed in Flozo. Use official statements and qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Flozo, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, distribute malicious code, violate another person's privacy, or use it for unlawful monitoring or fraud.
Third-party services
Flozo may recognize alerts created by banks, payment apps, messaging apps, device manufacturers, or Android. Those third parties are independent of Flozo. Their availability, wording, permissions, and behavior can change without notice, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Service availability
Flozo is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, become unsupported, or stop working because of Android changes, device restrictions, third-party notification formats, maintenance, or other factors.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flozo is provided without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, non-infringement, or data preservation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flozo and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use Flozo. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Flozo at any time and remove it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or service changes.
Changes and governing rules
We may revise these Terms as Flozo evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Applicable consumer rights and mandatory local laws continue to apply regardless of these Terms.
